With over 20 years of experience, Claire is a recognized advisor and litigator in intellectual property, information technology, data, and commercial law. She advises international corporations, SMEs, and public institutions, offering strategic and pragmatic legal solutions and training tailored to their business needs. Claire is known for her ability to navigate complex matters with a creative, solution-oriented approach, particularly in high-stakes negotiations, dispute resolution and innovative tech-driven projects. She has been consistently ranked in major legal directories for over a decade (including The Legal 500, Chambers & Partners, WTR 1000). Claire is a member of AIPPI Luxembourg and ECTA and a former lecturer on IP and IT law at the University of Luxembourg.

Active in Luxembourg since 1998, Cyril is a former IT professional with 5y+ experience (unique on the local market), former head of a Magic Circle law firm’s Luxembourg IT practice (200/2013) and global data protection practice (2008/2013). He lectures IT & Data protection law at the University of Luxembourg (since 2006) and Geneva (since 2020).

Cyril has a strong reputation in data protection, outsourcing and regulatory/contractual IT, as well as digital trust, cybercrime and information security. He is known for rendering simple complex technical issues and finding innovative solutions.

Trained in the demanding environment of a Magic Circle firm, Elisabeth combines a deep passion for the law with a strong commitment to serving her clients. She is recognised for her legal precision, pragmatic mindset, and ability to communicate complex issues with pedagogy. With a free spirit and a meticulous analytical approach, Elisabeth brings strategic insight to her practice. Her clients span all sectors and sizes — from public authorities to SMEs, national and international corporations, and actors in industry, culture, and healthcare. She has developed particularly strong experience advising public sector bodies on strategic legal and regulatory matters, positioning her as a trusted partner for institutions navigating complex data frameworks. Katia is a recognized and versatile leading expert in intellectual property and related fields. A former IP partner and head of practice in a Magic Circle law firm, she is a seasoned litigator with an equally strong focus on transactional and advisory matters. She works in diverse sectors with international blue-chip clients, SMEs and public institutions. Katia is appreciated for her thoroughness in complex matters, responsiveness and solution oriented approach. Consistently ranked in band one in all major legal directories, she is seen as a though leader in her field. She is an active member of different national and international intellectual property associations and currently presides the Luxembourg chapter of AIPPI.

• Graduated in Intellectual Rights Management from the Faculty of Law of UCLouvain.
• Graduated in Law from the University of Luxembourg (Bachelor).
• Worked for 8 years as an IP paralegal in a trademark and patent attorney office.
• Christopher plays a key supporting role within our trademark desk and is an essential part of its day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth handling of filings and portfolio management.

• Graduated in Law from Université catholique de Louvain, Belgium.
• Former IP counsel at Kirkpatrick S.A (Belgium), Office Freylinger (Luxembourg), and Marks & Clerk (Luxembourg), with extensive experience in trademark and design portfolio management at Benelux, EU, and international level.
• Former detached in-house IP counsel at AGC Glass Europe and former legal counsel at Belgacom/Proximus.
• Experienced in drafting and negotiating IP-related contracts (coexistence, assignment, licensing, confidentiality).
• Actively involved in our trademark desk, Valérie strengthens our c/ law practice in trademark and design prosecution and strategy.
