Claire is a member of AIPPI Luxembourg and ECTA and a former lecturer on IP and IT law at the University of Luxembourg.

Active in Luxembourg since 1998, Cyril is a former IT professional with 5y+ experience (unique on the local market), former head of a Magic Circle law firm’s Luxembourg IT practice (200/2013) and global data protection practice (2008/2013). He lectures IT & Data protection law at the University of Luxembourg (since 2006) and Geneva (since 2020).
Cyril has a strong reputation in data protection, outsourcing and regulatory/contractual IT, as well as digital trust, cybercrime and information security. He is known for rendering simple complex technical issues and finding innovative solutions.

- Worked for 8 years as an IP paralegal in a trademark and patent attorney office.
- Christopher plays a key supporting role within our trademark desk and is an essential part of its day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth handling of filings and portfolio management.

Valérie Corbiau

- Graduated in Law from Université catholique de Louvain, Belgium.
- Former IP counsel at Kirkpatrick S.A (Belgium), Office Freylinger (Luxembourg), and Marks & Clerk (Luxembourg), with extensive experience in trademark and design portfolio management at Benelux, EU, and international level.
- Former detached in-house IP counsel at AGC Glass Europe and former legal counsel at Belgacom/Proximus.
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating IP-related contracts (coexistence, assignment, licensing, confidentiality).
- Actively involved in our trademark desk, Valérie strengthens our c/ law practice in trademark and design prosecution and strategy.
